Who you're buying from
NextMoveSim is a sole trader business in Brisbane, Australia. Our ABN is on every invoice. Contact: info@nextmovesim.com.au.
What you get
- Free plays. Your first two scenarios are free. One set of free plays per person.
- Purchases. You get an access code that opens the scenarios you bought, with their field guides and any templates listed for them, for as long as we run the site. Replays are unlimited.
- Seats. A purchase is for one person, except the Team Pack, which is for five people in the same organisation. Please don't share, resell or publish your code. We can cancel a code that has been shared widely.
- Scenarios still in build. If something you bought is marked "in build", we email you when it opens. If it isn't ready within 90 days of your purchase, you can ask for a refund of that part.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. We're not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and our invoices aren't tax invoices. Payment is taken by Stripe when you buy, and your access code appears straight away and is emailed to you.
Refunds
You can play two scenarios free before you buy, so we don't give refunds for a change of mind once you've opened a scenario you paid for. If you haven't opened any of them, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something doesn't work, or isn't as described, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you. A refund cancels the access code.
Using the scenarios
- Every company, person and figure in our scenarios is fictional and for training only. Nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice.
- Certificates are certificates of completion. They are not accredited and aren't a formal qualification.
- The scenarios, guides, templates and artwork belong to NextMoveSim. You can use templates in your own work. Don't copy or republish the scenarios or guides.
- Typed answers are scored by an AI model. Scores and feedback are a guide, not a judgement of your ability. See the privacy policy for what happens to your answers.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the site running and accurate but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to supplying the product again or refunding what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Custom work
Custom simulations and workshops are quoted separately, and the scope, price and timing are agreed in writing before work starts.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If we change them, the new version goes here with a new date, and purchases already made keep the terms that applied when you bought.
